Hi! I’m Roddy, a London wedding filmmaker based in the South of England, and I have to say, Shoreditch Studios is one of the most dynamic wedding venues I’ve ever filmed. With its industrial-chic interiors and vibrant central London location, it’s the perfect spot for couples looking for a modern, creative wedding.

Why I love filming at Shoreditch Studios

For me as a videographer, it’s always a privilege to capture couples in such a versatile and inspiring setting. Whether it’s the ceremony, the reception, or candid moments on the streets nearby, Shoreditch Studios offers endless opportunities to create cinematic, authentic wedding films.
Real Weddings at Shoreditch Studios
Hannah and Tom’s day was super relaxed and fun. They only wanted about five minutes of couple shots, which worked perfectly. I got everything we needed quickly and spent most of the day focusing on candid, natural moments — from laughter during the ceremony to guests enjoying the reception.
Their wedding really shows how the venue works beautifully for a laid-back, authentic celebration, while still giving plenty of opportunities for cinematic shots.
The Ceremony Space at Shoreditch Studios
The main hall at Shoreditch Studios works perfectly for both the ceremony and reception. Bright and airy, it feels modern and relaxed for exchanging vows. After the ceremony, the space easily transforms for the wedding breakfast, with long tables creating a warm, communal vibe. Later, the room next door is perfect for dancing and capturing candid, energetic moments, all while keeping the stylish industrial-chic feel that makes the venue so unique.
